MAH Sauce 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Garlic (minced) 3 cloves
Lemon ½
Fresh parsley
FIELD SWAP — Frozen shrimp cleared. Thaw completely. Pat bone dry.Wet shrimp is a failed mission.
[01] Melt butter. Add garlic over medium heat.60 seconds. The kitchen should smell like a threat.
[02] Add shrimp. 2 minutes per side, no more.Add MAH. Toss until every piece is coated.
