Tteok (rice cakes) 200g
MAH Sauce 2 tbsp
Gochujang 1 tbsp (red version)
Heavy cream ½ cup (rose version)
Fish cake (eomuk)
Green onion
Sugar 1 tsp
Anchovy broth or water
FIELD SWAP — Frozen tteok works. Soak in cold water 10 min before cooking.
[01] Bring broth to boil. Add gochujang and MAH Sauce.
[02] Add tteok and fish cake. Simmer 8–10 minutes.Sauce must cling. If it doesn't, reduce further.
[03] For rose version: stir in cream in final 2 minutes.Finish with green onion.
