Frozen kimchi fried rice 1 pack  OR cooked rice + kimchi

MAH Sauce  1–2 tbsp

Egg × 1

Mozzarella (optional)

Sesame oil  dash

Green onion  for garnish

FIELD SWAP — Any frozen fried rice works as base.Kimchi version preferred. MAH closes the gap either way.

PHASE SEQUENCE

[01]  Stir-fry rice on highest heat possible.The wok hei is the mission. Do not lower the heat.

[02]  Add MAH Sauce. Toss until every grain is coated.Add egg. Scramble through the rice.

[03]  Mound into volcano shape. Top with cheese if deployed.Finish with sesame oil. One circle. Precise.
