Beef (thin sliced) 200g
Onion ½
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Mirin 2 tbsp
Sake 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Dashi broth ½ cup
MAH Sauce 1 tbsp
Steamed rice 1–2 bowls
Soft-boiled egg × 1
Beni shoga
FIELD SWAP —Frozen gyudon from convenience storeor supermarket is fully cleared for this mission.Heat the beef and sauce together.Add MAH directly into the sauce before serving.That single addition is the entire operation.
[01] Simmer dashi, soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar.Add onion. Cook until translucent.
[02] Add beef. Cook on medium heat until just done.Add MAH Sauce in the final minute.Do not overcook after MAH is added.
[03] Serve over rice. Top with soft-boiled eggand beni shoga. The egg is not optional.
