Avocado × 1 (ripe)

Steamed rice  1–2 bowls

MAH Sauce  1–2 tbsp

Soy sauce  1 tbsp

Sesame oil  1 tsp

Lemon juice  1 tsp

Sesame seeds

Green onion

Kewpie mayo (optional)

FIELD SWAP —Store-bought grilled salmon or smoked salmon works without hesitation.Supermarket sashimi-grade salmon requires no cooking at all.Slice and deploy directly.MAH handles the heat.

PHASE SEQUENCE

[01]  Season salmon with salt and pepper.Grill skin-side down first. 3–4 minutes per side.Brush MAH in the final minute.

[02]  Slice avocado. Dress with lemon juiceand a drop of sesame oil.Do not over-season. The avocado has a role.

[03]  Build the bowl. Rice first. Salmon and avocado sideby side. Drizzle MAH + soy sauce over everything.Finish with sesame seeds and green onion.

TOP SECRET

Mix MAH with Kewpie mayo at 1:2 ratio. Drizzle over the assembled bowl. The salmon, the avocado, and MAH do not need an introduction to each other. They were always going to end up here.
